At St. John’s Matric Hr. Sec. School, our daily schedule is thoughtfully structured to balance academic learning, physical activity, personal development, and rest. We value punctuality and consistency, which is why we request students and parents to strictly follow the school timings.

Office Working Hours

  • Timing: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Parents can contact or visit the school office for queries, admissions, or appointments during these hours.

Working Hours (For Students)

  • Monday to Friday Full day classes from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Saturday Working days (if applicable) will be informed in advance through the school diary or app.

General Reminders

  • Students should arrive at least 10 minutes before the first bell.
  • Latecomers must get approval from the office before entering class.
  • Parents must pick up students on time after school hours to ensure their safety.
  • No student will be allowed to leave the premises during school hours without prior permission and a written request from the parent.
